Today at technology cooking class, we learnt how to make scones. It was actually very simple while I thought it was going to be hard, but while we got in cooking it turned out to be easy. While going through the recipe because it was only 1 ½ Cup of flour, 1 egg, 1 cup of cheese, 80 grams of butter, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of sour cream and pinch salt. The part I found challenging was shaping the dough.
Today we had swimming lessons. We had swimming lessons so that we can be safe in the water. I enjoyed swimming around with my friends and the part I found challenging was doing backstroke. Comment below if you know how to do backstroke

Today we learnt how to make macaroni and cheese in cooking class. I think that we made macaroni and cheese because Mrs hammer our cooking teacher probably wants to see if we can manage how to make macaroni and cheese so that she challenge us to make more difficult things like a croissant or a macaron. I enjoyed learning what the ingredients are to make macaroni and cheese also the part I found hard was when we had to make the cheese sauce for the macaroni.
